Studio sizes:
Studio J (1800sqft), Studio L (600 sqft), Studio Z (2200sqft)
Extended Hours (Outside of our 8am-8pm studio hours): Add $10 per hour to standard rate
Stage floor paint fee: $125 (The white stage is likely going to have scuffs and markings from the previous rentals. Please choose the “stage paint" add-on option if you’d like us to paint it fresh for you before coming into the space.)
Paper 9′: $6 per ft that is rolled on the ground (vertical portion of paper hanging down is free).
Paper 12′: $7 per ft that is rolled on the ground (vertical portion of paper hanging down is free).
Background paper colors: white & thunder grey are always up on the walls. If you’d like to use a different color paper, please refer to the roll change fee below.
Roll Change/Color Rolls: $15
Standard studio cleaning fee: Studio L: $25. Studio J: $35. Studio Z: $50
Cleaning fee for 100+ people events: $250
Note: We strongly discourage the use of glitter and/or confetti.
Additional cleaning fees (upon incident): $250+ for clean up of broken glass, feathers, glitter, confetti, hair, body paint, sand, or anything else that is harder to clean up, as referenced in the Studio Rental Agreement
Cancellation/rescheduling policy:
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy and take payment 48 hours before the time of the booking. Guests may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the start of their booking. If a guest cancels within the 48-hour window, they are responsible for 100% of the booking cost.
